Seeing that the utmost attention should be given to improved services for member companies, Cemb was the first Consortium in Italy to be Uni En Iso 9001 certified, according to the updated 2000 version (Vision) back on October 17, 2001.

This landmark objective ensures our SME Export Promotion Consortium operates with a top-notch professional quality standard.

Ongoing internal process control enables members to benefit immediately from the work-rationalised services which stimulate customer relationship management processes and customer loyalty.

International trade fair and mission organisation and service management are now continuously monitored to provide tailor-made answers for each one of our members.

Certification promotes the Consortium's visibility with other non-member companies in the Brianza area, encouraging and broadening the associate membership base. Finally, this certification puts the Consortium in better standing with those public institutions who have always worked with C.E.M.B.

Lastly, on June 27, 2003 as a certificate integration awarding its "historical" services, the Consortium obtained the Uni En Iso 9001:2000 certification for providing ongoing training to its associate members.
